Basic tool kits are provided for you to keep
Once you select a starting day and time that will be the class you attend every week, including public holidays
The price includes studio time, tuition, all materials and firing costs.
- 2.5 hours of wheel time per class for 7 weeks
- All materials including clay, dipping/pouring glazes and firing of your pieces
- Learn through demos and one on one tuition

- Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting clay on
- An apron/ smock or large over-shirt is a good idea
- Bring an old towel
The Sailorboi studio is situated inside a large warehouse so heating and cooling are difficult, if its hot outside it will most likely be hot inside and same with the cold, so dress appropriately. We do have heaters to help during the colder months

*Monday Classes held from 17th April to 22nd May - Every Monday
Tuesday Classes held from 11th April to 23rd May - 6pm Every Tuesday
Wednesday Classes held from 12th April to 24th May - 6pm Every Wednesday
Thursday Classes held from 13th April to 25th May - 6pm Every Thursday
Friday Classes held from 14th April to 26th May - 10am Every Friday
Saturday Classes held from 15th April to 27th May - 10am Every Saturday
*Monday classes note: Only six weeks are listed as Easter long weekend gets in the way, you will get all seven classes, we will have a chat when you start and find a time that works for you to come in and do a catch-up for the missed class
Health and Safety
In light of everything that is happening right now with COVID19, we at Sailorboi are taking things seriously and following all the health and safety precautions. Right now that doesn't include wearing a mask, if the CHO changes this rule then so will we.
We are very lucky to have a isolated studio and small class sizes, with a bit of care and commonsense we can make sure to look after each other
Refunds, Cancellations & Missed Classes
Please choose your course carefully. Due to the limited class size once you've booked and paid we can only issue a refund if the course is cancelled.
A class must have a minimum of 3 students to run. If the class doesn't run you will be issued a full refund if you can't make it to another class.
We do our best to accommodate you if you miss a class, however, we cannot 100% guarantee that there will be space in another class, we are limited to 8 people per class, so it is important that you show up to all your scheduled classes.
When available, extra studio time can be purchased at $30 for 2.5 hours
